Last year, Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, Inc., broke ground near West Point, Ga., and began construction of its first North American automobile assembly facility. The site was chosen for many reasons, such as Georgia’s excellent transportation system, the state’s leadership, and the region’s quality of life. One of the most important factors, however, is the talent, dedication and quality of Georgia’s people.
